Registrar duplicate content issue

Some registars, like gandi or dynadot, when u register a domain they put their shit aka ads and link juice leeches on your domain and G can crawl it. They use the same template for everyone so it got me thinking....If you forget to remove this template can you get a dup content penalty or a thin content penalty?

It's always risky to get some duplicate content rolling into your website. I wouldn't risk it, if I were you.
