Registrar domain for blackhat needed

Need a domain registrar for blackhat history. It must be registered on non-existent documents. But with minimal risk of his ban. Because money will be invested in SEO. What would you suggest? How to do it right?

try some offshore, secure domain registrar from this list. Many blackhatworld members use some of those registrars from the list. I too use 2-3 of them for hosting copyrighted content. They mostly don't ban/suspend/confiscate domains. Max, they'll ask you to transfer domain out if you receive many many dmca/abuse/infringement complaints.

njal.la used to be good. But I've seen a bunch of negative experiences here on BHW. I don't know anymore. Probably look for one in russia or china and don't use domain extensions managed by icann. Strictly no .com, .net, .org
