Im trying to register multiple accounts on a website that only allows one per IP and I have had success before doing this on the site, but as of a couple days ago every time I create an account it detects I have made one before. I have been clearing history/cookies on browsers and changing IP or tried doing this in TOR but still it always knows I have made accounts before. Wanted to ask the experts out there what else I need to do/change so the site thinks Im a new user?

if they dont allow multiple accounts on same ip then you can register there with the help of proxy. That is what the blackhatter does

Use proxy, this is the best option. [FONT=&quot]yourprivateproxy.com, squidproxies.com, and anonymous-proxies.net would be my suggestion.

i will suggest, using proxy or change ip manually, just search in SE's, you get lots of results.

Is a VPN actually better than a proxy in this case?

Well a VPN is only going to give you a certain number of proxies to work with. Sometimes only one. Maybe if you needed only a few more accounts, but for opening up 100's & 1000's accounts I would go with proxies.

Get some premium proxies, clean cookies and get it done. Also try to develop an Ubot if the task is repetitive and PROFIT.
