Registering Expired Web 2.0?

How are you guys registering expired web 2.0 these days?

Personally, I am finding it to be a big pain in the ass.

I personally used scrapebox earlier. But by the time I finish scraping,alive checking and checking their stats they are already gone.

So,I bought a trial copy of Domain Hunter Gatherer.

But it is way too slow. After almost 2 hours of scraping it finds handful of expired blogs. Maybe I am doing something wrong. But I don't know what. And its fucking killing me.

I have not been able to register a single web2.0 with good stats this week. This used to be so much easier.

I'd appreciate any kind of help on this matter

What expired Web 2.0s do you try to find and what stats do you look for? The game for both expired Web 2.0 and expired domains is very fast. It is better to buy from the experts who do this stuff day in and day out. The prices depend on the stats but they are damn cheap if you are looking for normal stats and not very specific ones.

Yeah I feel you man, finding proxies first is a pain in the ass then a waste of time scraping the. Checking them all if they're worth it. But you gotta do it do get em, what else can you do to be honest?
 
Scraping with scrapebox is better.

The competition these days is a lot more since its a pretty popular thing to do now.
 
The main problem with scrapebox is that scrapes 404 tumblrs, and most of 404 tumblrs are BANNED, not deleted, means that they seem to be avaliable but they are not, and you gonna scrape same stuff over and over again.
 
There are people doing the same as yourself to get those web2.0s, so you will have to speed up and think out of the box as far as niches go.

If you want the web2.0 hunter in Domain Hunter Gatherer to go faster it is probable that the number of proxies is holding you back. DHG will limit the number of searches based on the number of proxies per search engine. Doubling the proxies with no other change will double the speed of searching (searching being the slowest part of the process with fewer proxies). This is all done to prevent the proxies from being burned in the search engines.

You can lower the search delay to get more searches in the same amount of time but it is possible your proxies will get burnt, if you don't car about that then give it a try. If you are using backconnect proxies that rotate very often for example then you can dramatically lower the search delay as you likely do not care what happens to a proxy after it is changed out.

DHG is also the only web2.0 account checker that will actually check the availability of tumblr and weebly blogs via it's double check option so you no longer have to waste time manually checking accounts after a long scrape.
 
Yeah, I scrape some. They can be useful :)
 
Since creating links from expired Web 2.0s is hot as well as one of the cheapest backlinks available in the market, it is quite natural to have difficulty in getting them registered as soon as they are available. But you can get handful at throw away prices here at BHW.

Tumblr is making redirect link to your site, If you plan to register new overblog( example.overblog.com) it will register example.over-blog.com i think the quality of those web 2.0 will suck... It's better to make manual links on new overblogs. I've searched for 1000000 weeblys couldn't find one.. Beter spend time to register new web 2.0 and build each 10-15 links.
 
I think I am falling behind because I have a free version of Mozscape. So when it checks the stats for the thousands of web 2.0 that are alive there is a 10-second delay.

I think if I get a paid account then this won't be the case and I'll register them much faster. Am not sure, though. I'd appreciate if anybody can confirm it.

As for DHG, I'll give it a try one more time once I have money to invest in some good private proxies.

Although there are expired web2.0 sellers here most of them sell only Tumblrs.
 
Scrapebox is faster than domain hunter, don't waste money for this crap
 
It is getting harder because thousands upon thousands of webmasters are scraping day in, day out for these web 2.0 properties, there is just so much web 2.0 propporties to go around, it is not that you have a infinite supply so it will only get harder and harder to find decent properties.
 
If you can't scrape then just make brand new ones on different IP's, hire someone else to do, or buy brand new one's. Buy them in batches and let them age, not difficult really. I've come to find that unless you're targeting really low competition keywords, the web 2.0s wont make a huge difference.

You can use the page authority addon, proxies and multiple accounts on moz. So you won't have to wait 10 seconds for each url check.
 
I've scraped a lot of high PA, decent backlink tumblrs and wordpress sites that aren't indexed but I just assumed they'd eventually re-index. Is it fair to assume these are useless?
 
Is there any free method or tool to find expired web 2. 0 properties, I will be very thankful to you guys.
