Registering Domains/ Fraud Problem

Hey Guys,

Registering a bunch of domains lately with different providers, using different details, for obvious PBN based reasons. Over the past few weeks, i've ran into this problem a few times:
"MaxMind Error - An error occurred with the Fraud Check. Please contact support." or "Your account has been marked as Fraud and will be locked".

Either that or the system takes my money and locks the account immediately and flags it as 'Fraud'. Fraud seems like an excessive description, all seem to be auto-systems.
Seems to be happening a lot recently though which is worrying me.

A) How does this thing keep popping up for me, is it IP address related?
B) Would getting a few dedicated proxies help this?

Ofcourse, When doing stuffs like this you want to be on private proxies or VPN then you should be rotation your location.

Also, You method of payment shouldn't be coming from a different country when changed with proxy.

Always use private proxies or VPN nowadays! Not just to this, but to anything... they are watching your every move.
