Register Several Google Accounts

1. as for the proxies I've got them (clean 4g proxies with ip's of the country in which I want the accounts to be registered),
2. as for the phone numbers to receive the verification sms I've got them too

1. as for the user agent changer I tried a couple of firefox addons, they change the user agent but by doing some tests they don't fool google completely (probably because of javascript and fingerprint)! in fact after registering the account when I log in again google asks for phone confirmation because the device is unrecognized even if the user agent didn't change (any account has a user agent associated with it different from each other) but in the google account settings, google lists the device as instructed by the user agent so the spoofed user agent partially works. So I tried to disable javascript when registering the new account and when logging it and enable it just in the pages where it is needed but it doesn't seem to be a good solution and doesn't seem to work well.
2. I don't know if google uses fingerprinting, do you? I really don't know how to circumvent this if it uses fingerprinting.

Yes that looks excellent but it is also very expensive and for professionals who use it for business, also buying the accounts isn't a good solution because I need them for a specific country which usually isn't sold (but if you have links please post here or send pm I'll have a look)...I'm not doing it for business I'm a student just doing this for a project and out of curiosity, so I'm ready to spend more time than $$.

Since I have started and already put in much time I'm not gonna stop, maybe someone can give a little hint or full help
What am I doing wrong/what am i missing in the operations above?
What's the right procedure to open several google accounts and how would you do it?
Do I need some software in a category I'm not aware of and what is it called?

what you ask is mostly answered in the first post please read carefully when taking part in a thread, anyway after successfully registering the accounts then logging in again after some time (hours or days), for some accounts google asks for phone confirmation (not sms verification!) because it says the device is unrecognized for others it just logs in without security prompts.

There are some methods, even without using Multi-login we can create PVA Gmail accounts with POP 3 enabled and third party apps access on.
Also there is a method how you login and access them. IP address play important role.
