register nsfw domain with fake data

I have been reading this forum for a long time and know internet marketing for about 3/4 year, but never took action. After reading wyattjozwowskis journey I felt I had to take action finally. I'm living at home with my parents and want to register a NSFW domain, I can pay via paypal,but they want my personal data and the problem is I dont want to give it to them.
Can I provide fake data while registering the domain, because I dont want my parents to see any letters from the post office that i'm hosting a porn domain?

Oh sorry this was just to try if I can post anything as a new member. Now I have edited the post and added my question.
 
Namecheap offer free WHOIS protection, same with internetbs I believe.
 
Whois protection should be enough, any other method (unless you count posting fake whois data) would be going too far.
 
Get a P.O Box push comes to shove.
 
There is no problem is providing your address because the Domain Registrars won't send you anything to your home, else protect it with whois, Bigrock offers free whois protection, for Enom you need to pay $10..
 
OP , if you are willing to risk the domain , use fake data.

else you can always register and use who is protection.

wouldn't recommend bigrock, but yeah , namecheap is good no high renewal rates either.

Thanks for the answers.
But I thaught going to arvixe and buying a domain + hosting from them and I know it from some other SFW Domains, I host, that they send some billing reviews every year..
Probably the way to go is separating hosting and domain.
 
don't risk it with fake whois info

get Whois protection, for hosting, it's private anyways, and i doubt your host will be calling your parents :)
 
Whois protection has nothing to do with receiving mail.

Whois protection is simply a first layer of protection against regular people on the internet. I don't see why people are even suggesting whois protection..

If you don't want certain mail coming to your house, get a P.O at your local post office. It's not a big deal.

With that said, hosting companies don't make it a habit to send you anything in the mail. Simply have your payments auotmatically deducted from your account, they'll have no reason to mail for you for anything.

I have gotten mail from competitors asking me to extend my domains with them instead of my current registrars though..
 
i just registered all my domain with false data and nothing happens :D ,the oldest domain 6 years
