Register Expired .blogspot web 2.0

I find some good expired blogspot accounts.

Problem is i can't login to blogspot . I am automatically directed to blogger.com so address of blog becomes like "xxxx.blogger.com" .

do anyone know how to register a "xxx.blogspot" web2.0 ?

You can register only those, that explicitly say so. If the Blogspot is just deleted, then you can register it again. Maybe 2 - 3 in a hundred of deleted blogspots can be registered.
