Register accounts without getting blocked - Facebook Datr Cookie

Does anyone know which propertys are being saved by facebook to decide if a account gets blocked or needs telephone verification?

I think it depends on the datr cookie where the IP and some Computer-Information are send to facebook and stored in their DB. Does anyone know which information are saved so i could try to bypass it?
