Registar who Avoid copyright infrigment

Hello i just got a domain name take down for copyright, and for no real reason i mean, there is 100 reasons to take down this website by copyright infrigment but none has been given to me. :cow04::cow04:

Anyway i would like to know if there his a registar who don't care about this kind of thing around ? I just lost a valuable website and i want to protect myself.

There is one legal expert here in BHW but I don't remember his name! Try posting the thread in 'Hire a freelance' section or search the marketplace!

All registrars are under ICAN or similar organizations. Maybe you can find registrar with new domains - .xyz, .party ect which are doesnt respect copyrigth. Look for pirate bay registrar Even such big domains can be blocked so I dont think you find smt

I am also in need of a domain name to register from but they need to be carefree to copyright DMCA takedown / complaints.

Your all going the wrong way about this, but i am no expert, but read this forum heavily.

There no domain that can be protected, but there ways to manipulate legally, kepping the domain active.

For example you can hide your domain whois info.

Register for a over seas hosting or vps account there on the misc of this forum .

You can get overseas ignore dmca complaints.

To setup any business like this ,your need full stealth accounts ,the process cost cash ,your need the following services ,can be putchase on this forum.

Vvc card to pay for the services in another registered name .

Documents for the name to verify accounts.

Paypal stealth account (( in the above name and verified with the new vcc card also in that name.

Go and get the offsure hosting ,in the new name and use the vcc new card to pay.

Do the same for registring a domain name .

Anythink you do know ,you use all the above info as you .

You can now verify all the accounts with your new vvc and new docs.

You are know a ghost.

With hosting ,and paypal ,and domain ,and vcc card and others all registered and domain whois hidden ....

All your doing is registring everthink abroad so ir not under any eu violation to be tacken down....

The domain can still be tacken down, but as everthink registered from abroad and dmca is heavly ignored , i doubt it will happen ..

You might have to register, a domain on a overseas provider, to secure your domain properly , but hide the whois .....

If your doing anythink that illegal, then expect to get in real trouble ,doing anythink above.
