So I have experimenting with shorts a lot lately. For those who dont know I am in the gaming niche and I have a brand new channel that I have been working on for exactly a month today.
A short video that I had uploaded has exploded (respectively) today, unlike others that I have posted. While others would get a short spike and die down, this video has been on a high up tick for the last six hours and has gotten alone more views now then the rest of my channel combined nearly.
I have also gotten engagement on the video and I went from 60 subs to 85 which is insane.
My only question is when you view the short in the app, dont you get a chance to swipe to see the next short or something?
Essentially, the people are watching my short and not watching any other video at all.
There is one other video which has a slight drip type behavior going on but the rest are zero.
I am currently not putting any end screens on my shorts. Should I be putting end screen on my shorts?
I was under the impression that the viewer would be prompted to watch another video from my channel or something but its been dead. Even the new subs dont seem to be watching any other (even better shorts that I have posted).
How can it be that out of the 500 views Im getting an hour I am not getting a single other video hit?
