Regarding Relationship with Affiliate Managers

Hey whats up everyone, i recently got accepted into linkshare.com. Anyone work with this network? Well anyways i got quickly approved with one of their advertisers. So i started pushing their stuff thru my landing pages. So then i ran into my first obstacle, and after trying to solve it myself i gave up so i decided to send an email to my affiliate manager. So anyways ive emailed him three times already and its been more than a week with no response whats so ever i even tried to phone them. Im thinking of dropping them, they also have a few complaints on online about their products but thats normal right?, or so i think its normal.

Anyways so my question is this if the communication is crappy between affiliate managers should you just drop their products and move on? Seriously im fed up with these guys not getting back to me. The only reason im still debating is becasuse i think their commision is okay which is 17%. Is that good or bad.

Also do the people that pay more commision are those the products that are harder to push. Atleast thats the way i think it works.

Linkshare is massive like CJ. They're also more of a CPS network with a shit-ton of pubs, so that's pretty normal. You'll get more personal attention from AMs at smaller CPA networks, but still don't expect an immediate call back until you're on their radar.

k, kool. Thanks for the heads up. Also, when i click on my links from another ip address my affiliate id is nowhere to be seen in url field. Is that normal?Also, im trying to direct the people to another part of their produc page with my affiliate id. Will they allow this if you change the direction of the links.

is there a formula for writing links. If i use one of them shorten the url programs. Is that a blackhat technique
