regarding qiwi wallet

Hello everyone
Iam from India and iam not able to add money to my qiwi wallet using my debit&credit cards.
It says only Russian card is accepted

Can anyone please help me which card works in qiwi?
Or can anyone please help me getting money to my wallet through any exchange like paypal or btc

Monitoring exchangers. Look at the exchanger rating before changing. If the rating is above 700 green, you can safely change.

Not sure why would you need QIWI if you already have a PayPal account.
