Whats the biggest coupon I can buy that will work on a new advertising account? And does anyone know who sells them?

I've seen coupons up to $125, though most used ones were the ones for $50, not sure if you can find the big one around. For the $50 one check the marketplaces, there are a couple of sellers around.
