yeah any software by which i can see every activity whats going on my VMware ? So that i can install this software on my Vmware and see what actually hacker is doing, i will keep login dummy ad account in that.

such things are usually discreet while doing what they do, you wouldn’t notice a thing. If you are that interested, run it in a professional malware analysis sandbox (virustotal or hybrid analysis or any.run etc) to see what all activities it is doing in the background. And lastly, do not assume running something inside a VM is safe. There are exploits that can escape the VM and affect the host machine.
