Regarding Awards in Reddit

Hello,

Recently I got 2 awards on one of my Reddit posts..
These are my first awards...

One is Hugs Award and another one is Take my energy award...

What are these actually..? These doesnt show up in my profile page awards.. Also sometimes it redirects to old reddit guilded and there it shows that I got Nothing.

Can someone clarify it please...

They are awards, like literally awards. I don't think the awards themselves show in ur profile (it shows in comments and posts), but u do get karma for giving and recieving awards n they show in ur profile as awardee karma and awarder karma.
