Regarding Adsense, is this a valid copyright claim?

Hi guys, about a week ago I received a copyright claim from Adsense by someone who had reported a page on my website.

About the copyright claim:

I have a feature on my website where users can search for videos on YouTube (using the YouTube API), but does this break copyright infringement? I need some tips on what I can do, or say. Thanks!

If this had adverse effects on your adsense account, you should appeal. There is nothing wrong with displaying the search results from youtube via API. This is an absolutely ridiculous thing, and is likely a competitor in your niche.

What tips do you need? You've done nothing wrong unless - you've left information out of your post about what ELSE may have been on the page of your site that generated the response/action from Big G.
