1. Go to https://payeer.com/ to create an account, remember to use real information to easily Login or restore account when needed.
2. Go to https://vnexpay.com/ to create an account
Scroll down, on the left side select Payeer, choose the amount you want to deposit and follow the instructions (Do exactly as the site instructions)
3. Access https://cambochanger.net/, create an account
On the Exchnge page, in the Send section select Payeer USD, choose the amount you want to top up from Payeer via the Wing
In the Receive section select Wing Money USD, the amount below is the actual amount received because there are fees
Click Exchange and fill in the Payeer + Wing account information if required.
Waiting for the top up is finished!
