OK. In your opinion, is it better to upload videos to TikTok and Instagram from my PC or from my smartphone? In case I opt for the second option, which service could I use to pass the file from my computer to my mobile phone? Someone had recommended me Snapdrop or Telegram, which should not compromise the quality of the content. Do you have any other alternatives to recommend?

OK. If I decide to use a different audio or the same as the original video, downloaded from the TikTok or Instagram library, but the video has been sped up or slowed down along with the sound, is there a risk that one or both platforms may recognise the content as duplicate, even though it has been edited? I ask this question because I have noticed that when the speed of a clip is changed, the video and sound do not stay in sync. This becomes especially noticeable in videos where the subject is playing back a song. The discrepancy between the audio and the action becomes more apparent when speeding up or slowing down the clip. This asynchrony is visible and audible, creating an unprofessional effect in the final video.

For TikTok I would upload from phone. Instagram doesn't matter whether it's from pc or phone.

I wouldn't worry about it too much just don't choose lip synching videos.
 
Does the repurposing script still works and is it monetizable with CPB?

It doesn't work on Instagram. I didn't test on TikTok, but you could give it a try and let me know.
