Let's say I create my own banner in my site and link the banner to my affiliate link, will my blackhat traffic referrer still pass on to the end when my visitor click the banner in my site?

I think it won't pass the referrer because it's not direct linking. The AM can only see the referrer as the banner from the site.

I hope someone can shed some light on this..

By having your own image they can't track it, they cannot find out where your traffic is coming from. If that were the case, there would only be a few people doing real work with trying to generate traffic and a whole heap of people stealing others methods.

You'll be safe as soon as the traffic hits your site, with all your content. Meaning they can track the traffic if you were to link to images on their site.

Once traffic hits your site you become the refferer for wherever it goes to next, like pass the parcel :p The blackhat traffic would have to go straight to the affiliate link for the blackhat refferer to be revealed.
