Referral Traffic From Scholar Google? What does it mean

I am working on a health site, it still doesn't have much links yet but 1 thing I notice from my traffic when looking at google analytics is that some of them are coming from scholar.google referral.

What does that mean? Where are those coming from. Does this mean researchers, doctors are talking about my website or something.

I don't see a link coming from there from my tools.

I am just fascinated and would like to know if it could mean something special for the site.

How much traffic are you getting from there ?
