Referral Leak - DMR Script

Hey guys

I have a double meta refresh set up with an expiring link script and offer rotator and it seems to work perfectly in Firefox and in Internet Explorer but it leaks the referral all the way and every time when I go into Opera and Safari.

If someone has an idea please help me out since I dont want to launch traffic to whitehat networks until I am complete sure that I will have 100 % protection and security.

If someone could revise the code I will shoot a PM to him with the scripts.
