referral from cato.brightcloud.com

Had a visitor here recently to my newest project that visited 6 of my pages and spent a few minutes on my fairly thin site.

Curious what the heck this is? it is listed as a referral. Is this some sort of tool like ahrefs or something similar and this is likely a competitor or is it just someone who is using a vps or something where you cant see who it is?

Thanks for educating me. I could not find the answer in a (brief) google search.
