Referers

So I have been trying to do some research on w3schools and looking around this forum and am still trying to find out how to blank and fake referrers using iframes and such. I came across this:

Is this useful in any way to me as a newbie or no?

Blanking doesn't work in IE. To blank you use a double meta refresh. To fake you can use a tool like Brad's CPA redirector or whatever it's called.
