Reference & Quora Link Provider Needed!

I'm looking for someone who's able to get me links on the two forums/websites mentioned in the title (Quora and Reference). I've noticed that these two sites are competitors of mine and we're both stuck on page 1 but I believe by getting links from those pages themselves I will, hopefully, go up in SERP's.

I will provide you with what pages/urls of the two that I specifically need links from and where to send the links to. All you're needed to do is to get the link in. I do expect it to last long, not be posted from a spam account, and preferably from a reputable one.
