Basically, I tweeted the biggest youtube gaming community about partnering my channel, and they sent me a form and everything, and my channel has no copyright strikes and is in good standing, but my monetization is disabled. I have googled and seen some people get their accounts reenabled, who also were getting partnered by these networks. What should I do? or can I do?

You dont need monetization enabled seeing as they disable it when you get partnered with them anyway because they pay you using PayPal

Hope I answered your question unlike the guys above me LOL!

They use paypal but recently there is a new policy that requires people to have an adsense account linked to their youtube channel, and without this you cannot become a partner...this would not have been a problem for me 2 months ago, but this just happened :(
