no necessarily, you can get view from no subscribers too by recomendations of the algo, subscribers are like a 50-50 they will see your reel and will be recomended directly to them while no subscribers will depend a lot in the content and target audience, you can get a viral reel tons of views and subscribers during the proces but having subscribers is not always a garantee you will always have a lot of views in your reels.

No your content just needs to be good and post at the right times, All my followers came through viral reels I am currently at 66k followers and I had a video do 36 Million views when I had only 15k. Stay consistent and post high quality trendy content
