Hey BHW!
I have few warmed up accounts with few reels like 100-150k viewers

How many reels i can post for the best results? Or its not give anything? I dont do spam

You should post 2–3 Reels a day, as short-form videos are extremely effective at attracting viewers.

Focus on quality rather than volume. Maybe 1–3 reels/day and test from there. If the views stay strong, gradually increase it.

no particular magic number here. with ur current accounts getting 100-150k views, it is best not to change the natural flow by all of a sudden saturatting them. see what happens with 1 to 3 reels per day over a week nd see how that plays out.

1-3 a day

Facebook for instance begins to suggest the number of reels you need to put out to gain more views when they notice your current reel(s) have potential. On general basis, one quality reel per day should work things for you

2-4 reels per day are optimal.

3 a day should be your maximum limit, and then watch your metrics to see when most people are viewing, and post future reels around that time

I usually post just 1–2 Reels a day when I have plenty of ideas, or only one Reel a day for my Instagram account. I’ve found that this posting frequency works quite well.
