are you sure about it? there is a specific option available on Facebook for this. you can have in-stream ads on your long videos and also monetize your shorts with the ADS ON REELS option.

As far as I know, Facebook had not launched a direct monetization program for Reels similar to TikTok's Creator Fund or YouTube's Partner Program.
