Hey, I just saw your ticket.

The custom comment didn't work because we use LOW karma accounts of all ages to send custom comments, so if a subreddit has karma or age requirements for commenting, the comment will not appear if the account does not meet them.

And the downvotes didn't work because downvotes on posts older than 24 hours may not work. You should test with a few downvotes first. It's not because of something wrong about our service, it's a Reddit thing.

We wrote both things in the "Service Description" of each one.

Sorry for that, we can't do anything to fix it.
