Probably the best thing you can do is to keep posting relevant and helpful content related to your targeted keywords.

Content is unique. I hired content writers for the articles. Quality of the article is good.
But the visitors are just clicking on the link and exiting within 0 seconds on the blog as seen in the screenshot. Might be something related to page speed. But upon observation whenever i open my blog it loads fast. Don't know what is the issue.

    Hmmm,
I have had this before too, I tend to think that it is either search engine bots or SB users posting spam making these numbers seem out of whack. Maybe someone else with more experience can answer this better. :)

In my opinion, the best things to keep the bounce rate low are:

    1. Not too longish posts
    2. Keep the posts connected using internal links with the proper keywords as anchor text
    3. Tag and categorize your posts to tease your users in clicking the tag to find other interesting articles
    4. Create a "Related" articles sections as well
    5. Create a "Top commented" lists of posts and create some fake comments thread (I usually use disqus for commenting but also wordpress commenting is good)

In a nutshell: keep your users entertained and tease them and your bounce rate will be good in no time.
