I have been using personal accounts for business for a while and this year I started a Private Limited Company in India.
My revenues are in 4 figure ranges and gross profit in 3 figure ranges daily. Net profit margin of 15% or so. My numbers are much bigger than last year and thts why i formed a Pvt Ltd Company as per some advice from friends. And now I have to think of taxes too.
I use Paxum to fund traffic sources.
I hardly use Indian bank accounts for advertising expenses, because I have some savings in INR to pay operations in India such as rent, server and Saas costs. For advertising expenses I only use Paxum and I get paid by Affiliate networks in Paxum as well. So my business cash flow hundred percent rolls in Paxum. My Paxum is registered under my Pvt Ltd Company.
My question is, what are the taxes that i have to pay?
My assumption is income tax of 25% on income.
And Equilization Levy of 6% on Revenue
If I pay both this to government my net profit margin will be roughly 5%. Which is too little.
So how can i reduce taxes?
Whom should i talk to? Any reliable consultants that i can talk to?
Any advice?
Thanks
Don
