if you become a top rated seller on ebay- your fees can get reduced by 20 percent I believe

Change ebay account type to business. Your fees will be reduced by 50% for some categories.
- Set up paypal merchant account - google it. It reduces paypal fees based on sales. I've got 5k + sales a month and i think i've got 2.9% on paypal now.

No way to really reduce these fee's besides becoming a top rated seller and dealing in higher volume.
