Reduce avg page load times

Hi Black-hatters,

One of my websites is scoring really low on Google's PageSpeed Insights. Currently the scores are 54/100 for mobile and 66/100 for desktop. I'd like the site to be in the 90th percentile, if possible.

minify css works

if he has such a low score with page insight that won't help him, he needs way more than that. Image compression, css minify, reduce jss sources into one (or attempt to) and then minify, move as much as he can from dynamic to static and even considering a cdn. If his host is to slow then he'll have to pick another.
