Does Redtube even make money? I wanted to start a similar site, but targeted at a niche of videos. I just want some insight before I blow all my money

Yes Redtube makes thousands upon thousands per month.

Check out Huns Yellow Pages - that makes $500,000 per month.

There is a lot of money in this - its all good and well duplicating a site like that but if you cant get traffic to it, your going nowhere fast.

Rambo, I dont know where your getting these numbers. Tube sites like redtube can be profitable but the conversion rates are horrible, and their bandwidth costs are insane. You would be converting in like 1/75,000. Why would anyone pay for porn, when they have it all for free at your site? Than you have issues with hosting illegal content, such as stealing videos from people that charge their customers to view it.
As far as Thehun making 500k per month, I dont know but I highly doubt that. I think that number is wayyy high. Probably more like 50k per month. The Hun is surely more profitable than tube sites.

So, it's just a simple php script that fetches "preview" videos from top Adult sites? That seems pretty easy, not to mention the webmaster ask's the users to click the ads. Hmm
