Redo Gamemaker game into a better suite or continue in GM

I need help either by continuing development in Game Maker Studio, or just redo the game in question in a better suite(unity cocos2d etc)
The game in question is Ancient Gold Mine. Its a board game. was very easy to code in GMS the developer said. so fixing it shouldnt be an issue.

I need it fixed up and running on android and ios again(currently just closes on ios) and add in a new ad system.
