been using redmas ad network for a few months and built up some rev,

first they replied to messages

no its been several months and they have not paid me anything

i asked them they said they would pay on 14th dec

but got nothing

and now they wont reply to messages for last week or more

is RedMas a scam?

I dont see any reason why they desont reply.. how much money you have on your account? don't you have an account manager? it a bit ridiculous.

I was invited to Redmas years ago but man, do their rates suck. Went back to AdSense. And payments were definitely not as smooth as the latter.

they eventually replied only after I tried to contact then via facebook.

they said my emails were being sent to their junk mail ? surely if you contact them from their site it should be created as a new support ticket so emails are not sent to junk mail..

I got payment that same day via payoneer but had to make a new payoneer account

I then was asked to delete a post about this issue i had made on redditt. which I did.

Oh yeah, If they are like this, with this kind of bad support and email issues dont you want to work with someone else?

i got paid in the end but took some effort, but thats ok.... i next payment goes straight forward il prob stick
