Redirection free domain name why not indexed ?

Hi to all, good morning,

I use a redirection like ift.cx, (sorry French page)
you give your link and after you put all infos online
like title description keywords .....

But that is the same as making a page and ping ?

The only big different that Technorati index them, only so what's the best redirection or past days to make pages in a big domain please. ?
