redirection 301, Java, doorwaypages ?

Hi good evening to all,

Just want to know please the different enter redirection 301 and Java (google do not index in Java and a lot of people use it in Blogger).

So the solution is to make tons of pages, using a doorway pages program the trouble and work need to get text and meta differents for each pages never get duplicate content.

so how do you do it
you can get a programm using data base, generate each pages different?
(the other trouble after is backlinks) imagine new pages never get now backlinks

so how you do ??

Isaw some made thousands of pages but if you have java redirection it's the same then losing your time ??

so what's the solution (1 by 1 by hand)?
