    Hey guys and gals.

    So here's my question:

    I started up a site back in January (my first IM attempt) and it failed. I pretty much did everything wrong. Crappy content, lazy keyword research, site looked spammy as hell... I built a lot of backlinks though. A few months (and zero dollars) later, I started up a few other sites in different niches, doing it right this time. These sites have been making me a decent profit. I signed up at Sedo and parked the domain of that old site, so maybe it will make me a few pennies at least. But I recently decided to re-do that site, since I have the domain and hosting for another couple months. So I figured why not give it a try, and use my experience to make it work this time?

    The site is doing alright; it looks way better than before. But most of my backlinks don't work, since I totally overhauled the site and deleted all the old posts. According to my analytics, the most visited page is the "not found" because people are clicking on the links that I built way back then, but those posts no longer exist. Those people probably just leave the entire site... If I could at least send them to the front page, they might start clicking around and buy something. Is there a Wordpress plugin or something that can redirect any non-existent link to the homepage, or better yet, a post of my choosing?

    Thanks!

    The plugin hasn't been updated in over 2 years
    So is it still good to use?

    Home Page:
    Find 404.php and replace its contents with the following one:

    Code:
    <?php
    // Random 404 redirect WP script by CyberSEO.net
    $posts = get_posts('post_type=post&orderby=rand&numberposts=1');
    $link = get_permalink($posts[0]);
    wp_redirect($link, 307);
    ?>
    Enjoy :)
