Is this like a good thing to do, to get like more relevant keywords in the address?

EXAMPLE:

h--p://www.riolasvegas.com/
redirected to>
h--p://www.riolasvegas.com/casinos/rio/hotel-casino/property-home.shtml

I think only in case you have many backlinks pointing to your domain and you want to pass it to the specific page.
