Redirecting forums profiles

Hey guys,
I want to know how one can redirect a forum profile to an affiliate site . I have seen forum profiles in the pharmacy niche which automatically redirect to the affiliate site. How are these people injecting html into their profiles ?

Below is one of my profiles . As you can see i have had a lot of visitors to this page but its not converting for me as the click through rate is very very low.

simple html coding ...
go to the profile which is redirecting to the afflitate link .. press ESC b4 its redirects go to teh source code .. and then grab the coding ...
if u cant find it give me the url which is redirecting ..

As far as I know, you can't.
Because that would mean, you had to modify the forum soruce code.

But, i can be wrong.

You can do this by XSS

not all the forums allow u to do the but u can make ur signature a bit more catchy by adding some image ...
