redirecting and bypass isp block

hello , i got question about redirecting site to new domain

first , our country isp usually blocks site due to government rules (illegal , porn , gambling , etc)

and my question is , how to redirect a site to new domain , even the site already got blocked by isp

example : mydomaina.com already blocked by isp , how to redirect this to mydomainb.com , but ... i want everyone still gets autoredirect to mydomainb.com eventho they click mydomaina.com

my current problem , when i click mydomaina.com (blocked by isp) it redirects to ISP landing page with warning sign , and no further

please help me on this , i tried to find it on google but i dont find any answer

It depends on how your ISP censorship the websites. If its matter of domain it cannot be bypassed unfortunately. One thing to try is to change your domain DNS to another provider and see if it works. if so you can setup the redirection from there.

If it falls under the country censorship as what you have mentioned, will your other site be blocked eventually?

There is nothing you can do as site owner. The blocking happened between your user and ISP (before reaching out to your site).
