Can I use already 301 redirected expired domain as money site, domain seems to be clean with high authority link. but it has been redirected to simillar nich domain in the past.

Any recommendations would be helpful

Yes. I would do it like this:
1. Check with ahrefs what pages have links from the other domains and build them up again either with new content or copy the original content from archive.org.
2. Add your new content.
3. In a month or so check with GSC all the backlinks (after some time gpogle shows you more backlinks than ahrefs) and again build those pages up with new content or archived content from archive.org.

A few items to note here are:

• Build the expired domain back up and make sure Google will index and begin to rank it (top-20)
• Be strategic on where you redirect the domain - don't just push it to your home page
• Watch your KPIs closely, not all sites respond the same
