Redirect Wordpress Page

My header on wordpress currently only shows pages, but I want a category to show on that bar as well. I was thinking the easiest way to do that would be to create a page and have it redirect to a category, does anybody know how to create this redirect?

Or is there an easier way to go about this?

Short answer is, Yes you can do it.
I've seen it done with a plugin. I just can't remember the name.
I'll dig around through notes, quick search of Wordpress Expanded Plugins & see what i can find.

Look up wp_list_categories()
