Better you try with 301 Redirect on a Deindexed Domain...

That's not advisable. Why would you advise him to use a deindexed domain? He'd have a much better chance of ranking well if he used url shorteners or expired domains.

Yes. they still work till now but be careful and avoid 302 redirects

i think i have not problem for do it...i use GSA...i can make 1.000.000 backlinks in 1 week.
