Redirect question

I am trying to drive ppc traffic to my CPA offers. Is there a way I can redirect my wesite to the offer itself so everytime my website gets typed in or clicked on, the traffic would then be redirected to the offers like email or zip submits? Thanks

Google will disapprove every ppc ad like this. I've been trying to find a way around it....
