Redeeming Enhanceviews and Vagex credits simultaneously

Enhanceviews has a limit of 250 views per one request. It also has the target amount of views after which it stops watching. Will I loose much credits if I promote the video with both Enhanceviews and Vagex at the same time ? Has anyone done that here before, or has the topic discussed at bhw before ?

I will do high-retention views (85-100% of the video watched)

Well, that is my concern as well. Sometimes EV stalls at the last few views left to request completion, I was thinking this is when I may try using the other one. I need more than 250 views per day.
I'm just curious how they are programmed. If they are programmed to watch the video 100 times then it is safe to submit, but they may also be programmed to keep watching until the viewcount is +100.
I was wandering if anyone knows which of the two is the case.
