if you want people to see legit posting history then ofc keep.
if youre spamming the hell out of reddit, hide. all depends on your strategy.

From what I’ve seen, Business Manager usually drives better conversions because of its advanced targeting and campaign tools. But it’s a bit riskier and needs careful management to avoid bans.
