Before buying, make sure the account has a recent post/comment history and a verified email. If that's the case, it should be good to go. Just be sure to use a reliable proxy and warm up the account properly.
 
When buying make sure the account is email verified like someone posted above AND that you get the email with the Reddit account.
There are many sellers/resellers here who sold accounts which have been later taken back from the buyer as they had no email verification or the orginal email account to the reddit account
 
buy just one account first and test by making any post. If the account is not banned after the post, it is a good account
 
What are you going to use the account for? If you use it to post links, it will most likely be shadow banned fast.

⬆ This and change the email password immediately. You should also change the Reddit account's password as soon as possible after warming up the account by making multiple comments, joining new subreddits, upvoting posts/comments etc... If you change the Reddit account password immediately without warming it up, it might get shadowbanned.
